This project is to study and implement  a work designed by Felix Candela  in Mexico, Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal Church. Students break down the building into three major systems, roof system, sub-roof systme, columns, and implement all the systems in Grasshopper. The parametric model allows students to test the boundary of this design by generating many variations. Furthermore, a physical model is fabricated with 3D printer and the fabircation process led to a discussion on how 3D-printing is used to simulate the construction of wooden structure which is assembled with members.
