“On the Hill” is a project for an ink shop in Hsinchu City in Taiwan. The ink shop is located in the hills where were stair-farms of tea trees. The design concept was to use the bricks cut from the rocks on site to keep the textures and reduce the logistics of materials since the site is hard to reach.
